GMP Watch

Financial Performance

Particulars (Rs cr) FY24 FY25 FY26 Q1-FY27
Total Income 584.25 786.54 963.76 336.13
Net Profit (PAT) 175.16 229.78 265.20 80.71
PAT Margin (%) 29.98 29.21 27.52 24.01
RoE (%) 27.30 27.10 25.97 28.96

Total income grew steadily from Rs 584.25 crore (FY24) to Rs 963.76 crore (FY26), with PAT rising from Rs 175.16 crore to Rs 265.20 crore, and Rs 80.71 crore in Q1-FY27. Margins are high and stable (~27–30% PAT, ~26–29% RoE) — typical of a fee-income alternatives platform.

Trade receivables were Rs 154.46 crore and contingent liabilities Rs 37.70 crore as of June 30, 2026. Performance remains linked to market-related risks.

EAAA India Alternatives brings a leading, Edelweiss-backed alternatives-asset platform to the mainboard — ~Rs 95,345 crore AUM across real assets and private credit, 17+ years’ experience, sticky repeat-client relationships (77% of AUM), a global client base, strong and stable margins and returns, and a healthy dividend record. Set against that are a pure-OFS structure (no company proceeds), performance tied to market cycles, and — on recent average earnings — (~40.6x FY26) at a time when AMC/AIF offers have fared poorly amid soft sentiment.
